We where planning on going and buying but my son and I did our research before we went and went to some of the dealers that where going to be there at the show and 2 out of the 4 dealers said they would make a better deal before the show than at the show! So we bought one before the show but not even from one of the dealers we visited! And you are correct some dealers are not invited because I ask one of the local dealers in Southern IL if they attend and said they do not because they are not invited! Just mainly the dealers around the St Louis area are! They have over 300 units at that show! Its a nice show been there several time!We Got It!!!!Last Wednesday my wife and I went and picked up our new 2014 OPEN RANGE 308 BHS! We drove 5 hours to pick it up from Walnut Ridge RV in New Castle IN. That is a top notch Dealer but beware of getting your hitch set up! They will try to charge you and not tell you! But anyway that's another tread! When we got there they took us over to there service center where they had it pulled in out of the 20 degrees temps for us to look it over to make sure its everything we wanted and it was! After getting it home and really looking it over the space this thing has on the inside for a TT is unreal. We started putting thing in it this past Saturday and my Wife was so impressed with all the room. This is minor but after looking behind the bedroom door they even put a door knob stop on the wall! How many other companies do this??? This is one reason why we chose OPEN RANGE over other campers we looked at and researched we felt like you get more BANG for you buck with Open Range! Now can't wait till the weather breaks to get it out and use it!Re: Hello everyone. Newbie here with a questions for everyoneWe just purchased on OPEN RANGE 308BHS TT. Haven't got to use it yet but this is our 4th camper as well. And this time I shopped and shopped and looked and looked to make sure we got one we where happy with, and it really seemed that OPEN RANGE has a lot more bang for you buck than the rest of the companies out there! Our second runner up was Jayco! But OPEN RANGE edged them out. And after getting it and really really looking it over after getting it home is WOW! So if you have a TV able to pull a TT that is they way I would go for several reasons!Re: Open Range 331bhs vs Sunset Trail 33BD vs Cougar 32RBK TucsonJim wrote: I own a Cougar FW, and I'll never recommend one to anyone. Piece of junk from day one. It spent the first nine weeks in the shop for major repairs. It usually costs me $200 to $500 in repairs every time I take it out. From landing gear failures, slide failures, electrical failures, suspension failures, fiberglass problems, etc. I'll never buy another Keystone product. Sorry to hear about the problems! We owned a 2005 cougar for about 7 years and hardly ever had problems! But I am leaning towards the Open Range! Just want to make the right choice!Open Range 331bhs vs Sunset Trail 33BD vs Cougar 32RBKLast night I posted about an Open Range 331bhs which I think has a lot go bang for its buck! But the two others campers considering are the Sunset Trail 33BD and the Cougar 32rbk. The Open Range and a Sunset Trail are both 50 amp with 2 ac on them or can have. Close to th same price! The Cougar is about $4000 dollars cheaper but nice but not as nice? Needing others thoughts soon talking to dealer this week! All of them work for us! Open Range has best warranty!Open Range need advice quick! 331 BHSWe have found a 2013 Open Range at a local dealer the 331BHS model. Just looking to see other opinions on Open Range Campers, I know they are a newer brand of camper. But with the options they have it just seems like they have a little more bang for the buck! It is a 50 amp unit but doesn't not have a second A/C on it, do I need one on there? It has the electric jacks, awning, front jack, Outdoor Kitchen. So has ANYONE had any problems with open range????Re: Looking for a new Bunk House? Vvvv1010 wrote: Jayco Eagle 34.5 BHTS..new in 2014. All three slides are on the drivers side with a full outdoor kitchen. Really nice in the low to mid $40s. Jayco Eagle 33.5 QBDS...another nice bunkhouse with outdoor kitchen. Both should be in 37' range. I really really like this lay out on this one! I just gotta figure out if it will fit in my shed! Has anyone ever looked at the Blue Ridge 3710BH, it just doesn't have an outdoor kitchen and it is bigger than my shed!Re: Looking for a new bunkhouse?? Sugestions? I like the passport layout of the outdoor kitchen being right in the middle!Re: Looking for a new Bunk House? FrankoToo wrote: Heartland Sundance 3300CK is one of many I'm sure. Just looked at that unit online and I really like it! Love the TV in the outdoor Kitchen area! That is one thing that I was looking for too!! ThanksLooking for a new bunkhouse?? Sugestions?I posted this afternoon in the 5th wheel section that I just sold my toy hauler and looking to get another bunk house and I think I want another 5r but not 100% sure. The reasons I like a 5r is they pull so much nicer and have alot more storage and usually more closet space in them. But we have looked at a Sunset Trail 33bd unit and really like the floor plan in that but am looking for any other bunk house model that people have been happy with that has alot of storage in them. We would like to have an outdoor kithcen as well. So lets hear those ideas? Looking to stay in the 35 foot range, I know that is big for a tag trailer but I have a big enough truck to pull it with!
