I did adjust it. When I hook it up both the trailer and truck sag. The truck is about 3 inches in the rear. When I hook the WD bars up the trailer levels out and the truck comes up about one inch. I’m afraid if I move the head up another notch, the trailer front end will be too high and the truck will have the same sag. ThanksRe: Hitch Setup QuestionI understand 2 inches isn’t much and the 50%. I’m just confused, because on my other trucks that pulled the same camper, I was able to get both truck and trailer level. My trailer is around 7,000 lbs loaded. ??Hitch Setup QuestionI bought a 2016 F250 and it seems I can’t quite get the truck level with my camper and weight distribution on. I’m about 2” of sag on the truck and The camper is level. if I tighten the weight distribution chains the camper front end goes up and the back end of the truck barely moves. I know it’s not a lot of squat on the truck, but it’s bothersome. What do you guys think? ThanksRe: 8 y/o Fresh Water Tank PumpThanks everyone for the response and great information. I appreciate it.8 y/o Fresh Water Tank PumpI have never used our fresh water tank pump and it’s 8 y/o. We are planning a big trip this summer and will be using it. What kind of maintenance should I perform on the pump before our big trip? ThanksRear windows and power outlet not workingLooking for some advice. Thanks My rear windows will not work and my center console power outlet closest to the driver seat. I have a 2013 Ram 2500 Tradesman with the 5.7 Hemi. I have tested the following: fuses are all good, wiring between the door all intact, tested for power and no power on the wire supplying the power outlet, and no power on the wire supplying the rear windows. I also checked the driver door window controls and it doesn’t have any power on the wires supplying the rear windows. I recently had the BCM replaced because the rear door locks weren’t working. This seems like another BCM issue but I’m struggling with that because I just had it replaced. Does anyone have any ideas? ThanksRe: MPG on 5.7L HemiI have a 2013 ram 2500 4x4 with 3:73 gears and 5.7 Hemi and average 8.5 towing a 7,000 lb TT. I have made several long trips with it and it’s pretty consistent between 8.3-8.7. I set the cruise at 62 mph. She will run in 5th gear at 62 mph and 2,100 rpm. If I go 65 mph she prefers 4th gear and 2,500 rpm. I think you should have better mpg with a lighter combo, 3:92, and 8 speed. But as mentioned it depends on a lot of variables.Re: Colorado Trip Campground IdeasThanks everyone! It looks like we will keep the trip to SW Colorado area. Please keep the campground suggestion coming. I'm busy researching them to formulate an itinerary.Re: Colorado Trip Campground IdeasSorry it will be July when we go.Re: Colorado Trip Campground IdeasThanks, we prefer RV parks and will have 2 weeks in Colorado. We have a 26 foot TT and will probably travel similar to the order I posted.
