Rear windows and power outlet not working

Looking for some advice. Thanks
My rear windows will not work and my center console power outlet closest to the driver seat. I have a 2013 Ram 2500 Tradesman with the 5.7 Hemi. I have tested the following: fuses are all good, wiring between the door all intact, tested for power and no power on the wire supplying the power outlet, and no power on the wire supplying the rear windows. I also checked the driver door window controls and it doesn’t have any power on the wires supplying the rear windows. I recently had the BCM replaced because the rear door locks weren’t working. This seems like another BCM issue but I’m struggling with that because I just had it replaced. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks
  • If the front windows work then there is power available for the rears.
Tap your rear window lockout button a bunch of times real hard and see if the rear windows work for a little while. If they do, you have an issue with cold (and cracked) solder joints in the switch assembly. This was very common.
You can replace the switch assy for about $100 or if you're good with a solder iron, simply rework them.
