Is it time to replace it or can it be stretched and installed again? Also, what type of black sealant/caulking is used at the joint? No doubt I'm not the first to ask but it's new to me. Any help or direction is appreciated.Re: Who Performs the Oil Changes on Your CI do mine also in the drive way. Your choice on oils but I use full synthetics and get more miles between changes which means I don't need to do it as often. Something to remember is to calculate the size of the container you use to catch the oil your draining...and how much oil your engine holds!!It's simple but a big mess if the container won't hold all the oil coming out. I won't bother telling how one gains this kind of experience but I'd bet others know how too. Use a quality oil filter, I use WIX and not Fram. Spend a few dollars more and drive with confidence.Re: Ugh- found some water in the overhead bunk- what to do.Not wanting to sound "cute" but you could temporary seal it and drive it down here then park it with the windows open and a fan on the table for about a week and it will be dry for sure, and I mean dry. Then make the repairs and go see the Grand Canyon! At 100+ and 12 percent humidity...think about it. Just an idea but I know it will work. Good luck.Re: Buying a Former Rental Class C. How many of us out there? We purchased our Majestic in May of 2010 with 85k from CA in Mesa,Az and our experience has been good all along. Nice people and a fair price. We spent several months looking all over for a class C and we were so tired of BS from one seller to the next and the lies over the phone that we went to CA. Within the 12/12000 warranty we had a 3rd member seal go out and called them and they said here are some places to take it..we went to Sanderson Ford in PHX. and it was fixed. No problems since except a fuel filter that I replaced. We just finished a week on the "RIM" in northern Az. at around 6500 ft. and our mpg going up was 9.4 and that is with the 5.4 Triton V/8. Have to fill it up to check the average but the drive back is down hill! Overall our experience with CA and our Majestic 23A is great with one exception, my wife now wishes she would have listened to me when I said let's get the next size up! Stay safe and drive nice.Re: What did you do to your Class C MH today???WASHED IT...CLEANED THE WINDOWS AND WIPED DOWN THE INTERIOR. UV PROTECTED THE TIRES AND SHINED THE WHEEL COVERS. ALSO DID THE FRONT BUMPER PLUS GRILL...NICE! then I pulled the carb on my ONAN 4000 and cleaned it so it would stop surging...checked the freq's and it's at 63-64 hz. the ONAN runs good now and yes I will pay closer attention to the "run" time each month. next week we head out to ALAMO lake for 3 days and some much needed BASS fishing. it's been awhile since I talked on here so all of you have a great day.
