We were very pleased with the excellent service provided by this vendor. They provided all answers, all paperwork and accurate info on how to complete the SD driver's license face-to-face part of the process. DRBRe: equalizer, where to buy?etrailer.com DRBRe: Will these work for led lights? What am I missing here? Based on the comments on this thread I bought (Ebay) 10 X Cool White 48-SMD Panel Dome Map Interior Light Lamps + BA15S 1156 Adapter. The adaptor and the panels provide good light - BUT - they generate a lot of heat. They seem hotter than the incandescent 1156 originally supplied in my "pancake" ceiling lights. The LED panels got so hot the 3M sticky back on the back of the panel curled up like a potato chip. I don't want to be a nervous nellie but the potential for combustion concerns me. I thought an advantage of LEDs were that they did not generate as much heat as incandescent. So...what am I missing? Thanks. The one posted above would be good for small cars, bikes and air mattresses, but not much else. we have a Viair 330P which will do our truck tires. You can go smaller such as the Viair 90P, but inflation and recovery take longer. ____________________________________________________________ Ditto what this guy says. U-tube videos helped and we used 50 lb fishing line instead of string. We have plenty of new "string" for the other blinds when needed. Ditto on the hardest part - getting the blind out of the clips at the top. Atta-girl to my wife! DB2Re: TT with easy bike accessCaptSydor, Our equipment choice was dictated by priorities. #1. Budget limitations - we could not buy that 5er with garage and the big TV. We also did not want that big of a footprint. #2. Our biking. We ride. It is what we do. We travel with five bikes - a tandem, 2 road bikes and 2 mtb bikes. The bikes had to be in the truck under a topper; not outside on fr. or rear hitch racks and not on a roof rack. (CaptSydor - you know why! Been there done that). That meant a long bed pickup (tandem!). #3. The trailer had to fit our budget and the trailer had to be suitable for our multi-month trips. We spend 7 mos. per year in a 26 TT in the SW. No dogs, no kids. Camp locations are always chosen to maximize % sun and good riding opportunities. We have found that our 26 ft. trailer works well for us but we are literally outside from AM to PM. It works for us. We have no interest in going larger. Our setup requires thoughtful packing and limitations on "necessities". We are OK with that. We are also OK with the reality that sometimes things are a little tedious - like when we are on the road and we have to unload three bikes to get to the two in the back of the bed that we want to ride that day! That "dance" is part of the deal when you have decided to protect your "tools". PM me if you want. Best of luck in the process and ride safe. I have not but heard it work. ____________ Based on a previous thread here I used a household pump spray shower cleaner. I lowered the extended awning and then used a step ladder to spray the top surface with the cleaner after first wetting it down with a hose. I then used a long handle brush to distribute the cleaner. I rolled the soapy awning back up and then rolled it back out and rinsed it off about a half an hour later. Worked great!! DB2Re: Window graphics donn0128 wrote: Razor blade and lots of windex. The windows should not be tinted outside. Ditto. This method worked well for me but I should mention that I was in AZ at the time last month and the day time temps were in the high 80's. Single edged blade held in a holder. Nice and gentle. DRB
