yes everyone i replaced the removed factory bypass valve by brand called ecoploy from amazon. Many know about rv parts site called dyersonline.com from az. I alsp ordered the exact plastic water heater elbows with rubber inserts. Oh yeah even got rescue tape from pilot truck stop. ouch pricey at $1/ft. There was no nearby ace hdwr or bass proshop . hello again friends: dw appreciated all your comments as i read them to her in the hospital. Her 2nd surgery was longer. 2 1/2 hrs compared to intial 1 hr. surgery. Still has staples and stiches to be removed sometime. Yes she fell once in her room, but luckily just sat down and no injuries. I replaced a leaking valterra 1/2" rubber hose with pex and sharkbites. Removed plastic factory 3 way bypass with brass sharkbite t. Now no hot water. Me thinks i messed up? Guess that vslve serves mote than 1 purpose? Would the easy yo insyall camco bypass kit that easily goes on watet tank fittings work? Instead of traring apart my pex brass sharkbite t? Thanks everyone for words of encoutagement and prayers. Amputation went well and cathy is sleeping well. Md says another surgery next week to close stump and make skin flap for prosthesis. HELLO fRIENDS; 59YO DW WILL BE HAVING A RIGHT FOOT AMPUTATION LATER TODAY BECAUSE OF SERIOUS BONE INFECTION CAUSED BY INHERITED CHARCOT DISEASE. WE FT IN A 31FT BUMPER PULL WITH THREE STEPS. She used an elct scooter previously for mobility. Thinking maybe a bumper pull toy hauler in the future? I'm just wondering about how to suspend my solo work kamping and just plan for mos. of rehab etc. THANKS FOR listening everyone. Indy: Dw and I replaced our sleeper sofa with two, put together recliners from Ikea, $150 each, one was a rocker. After calling the sofa manufacturer, we discovered the sofa back lifted right up and off from a wooden slot. Thought I'd add, we love our 2013 Outdoors RV Timber Ridge 270dbhs 31' TT. I too looked at Arctic Fox,KZ,Jayco,Keystone,and Komfort. But came back to Outdoors RV. Only used ours 3X since late Summer 2012. Appreciate the larger,and covered tank sizes, plus offroad frame and suspension. Already had the TV ,so first time TT choice was limited.
