Liquid Rubber Roof or new EPDM Roll roofing?
Hello everyone, haven't posted in a while - Have a 2000 Coachman Santara 31'. 1st off I am disabled but my wife is not. We found a leak in the cabover and fairly bad rot in the slide in bed area above the driver /passenger seat. that can be handled with different 2 part epoxies - we have been told to seal the side walls to the curved front cabover with a high end boat epoxy. but it is time for a new roof - I cannot afford the high end bedliner type which is $4k and up - or to have a shop do it - also $3700+ . Did much research and between the EPDM Liquid Rubber Roof - probably about $6-$700 or a 60 mil EPDM white roll roofing about $7-$900. Has anyone had the liquid rubber roof for any length of time? I pretty much know what to expect with he roll roofing - factory or better (probably better because we would do what the factory neglected to. But the liquid rubber although is sounds great, I would love to hear from people who have done it. how has it held up? Is it really maintenance free? thanks all - any suggestions would be much appreciated. BTW I am in Miami - hot hot hot. If anyone wants to help - just come on by!1KViews0likes4Comments
