Coach is in another state... probably will be a month before I get out there and see if the 6v series fits and compatibility of existing charger...House batteriesHi all, my 2000 30' Fourwinds currently has 1 regular 12v battery- I see the pan is designed for a 2 battery setup. I happen to have two 6v deep cell Crown golf cart type batteries that will parallel to 12v. This would provide some serious power... would there be a concern of too much amperage for stock wiring/systems of this old rental rig? Thanks in advance for the feedback. RRe: Leaky shower enclosureThanks for the resource/link... no doubt will be needing it down the line!Re: Leaky shower enclosureThx everyone, if I remember, 5200 drys hard, like steel hard. Going to try the 4" roof tape- have to decide between white or black, couldn't find almond. Have a great Halloween!Leaky shower enclosureHi all, the shower leaks like a sieve only where pan meets the walls @ 3" off bottom- cracks and brittle only there. Has been caulked in past, no doubt original from 2000, 30' fourwinds, majestic- identical shower enclosure example can be seen here... 3/4 ways through the video: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AU3Z_TVPgHM Floor is spongy (not sure what the foundation is under it) but in intact. Trying to avoid a complete replacement- Is it possible to replace the floor without tearing everything apart? Alternatively, is there a miracle wide rubbery waterproof tape for a quick fix? Thanks, RRe: Minnie Winnie 31G Water in CompartmentHi all, along the same lines in front of my driver side wheel is the shower which leaks like a sieve... pan where meets walls has been caulked in past, brittle no doubt original from 2000, 30' fourwinds, majestic- identical example can be seen in this sales video... 3/4 toward the end: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AU3Z_TVPgHM Floor is spongy but in intact. Is it possible to replace the floor up 3 or 4"'s where all the cracks/ing is to avoid messing with the walls and plumbing? Alternatively, is there a miracle wide rubbery waterproof tape for a quick fix? Very best, RRe: Probes outside of a holding tankPath1- you had to ask! I'll PM you with a list :-) Actually, I've done a lot considering how little time I have had to send on it. BukHrn- wish they were there and was that; I have to make a special trip to the coach (Utah) to winterize it in the next couple weeks. These are on the side of the tanks.Re: Probes outside of a holding tankThx for the link referrals- contacted Touchsensor's Jay Orellana 630 336-8811 (jayo@touchsensor.com)... an most excellent C Serv Rep! Offered to send, no charge, adhesive pads to resecure. He explained that air and conductive materials most impair performance of sensors and securing between tank and sensor with a correct material/adhesive is not a problem and actually advisable. The most perminate he suggested: 3M's marine 5200 careful to squeeze out air bubbles. Also interesting, he explained each sensor puts out an electric field when it detects a conductive mass disrupting the field and triggering indicating lights cumulatively. So floating "stuff" that can end up sticking on the wall of a tank even toward the top can trigger your first light regardless sensor location. As the sensor field detects mass, it lights up the next higher light indicator. This explains why so many get false readings even after the tank has been drained.Re: Probes outside of a holding tankSounds like would be handy to have around anyway... just ordered some eturabond tape. Thx!
