Fishing bridge campground

Looking to take my 40ft fifth-wheel to fisherman's Island state park in Michigan. The height is 13' 2" looking to stay at north loop has anyone else stayed there with large fifth-wheel my main concern is low branches. I have a 2005 GMC Duramax 6.6 while recently coming home through Virginia and West Virginia on North 77 my check engine light came on after about 3 or 4 good mountain passes.
