Seems they lock the doors at 9:00 pm. Apparently they won't budge on the rules. That little fact was on the sites agreement page that you click through as you are paying. Didn't happen to mention it in any of the 4 pages of rules they e-mailed to us. Or the color brochure they mailed us. Most odd $120.00 I've ever spent. Do have a wonderful view of Yaquina head lighthouse though. Nice, so you don't read the Disclaimer that is on the first page of the reservation website, see below, and then complain and write a disfavorable review on RV PARK REVIEWS, take responsibility for your own actions. *Disclaimer-. Motorcoach must be in good condition upon arrival. Check-in is between 1:00pm- 8:45pm. If you are here later than 9:00pm you will not be allowed into the resort. If these needs are not met we reserve the right to refuse service. Pretty sure OP got that back on 7/18 when he re-posted about 'disclaimer' Course reading is fundamental .......you didn't read complete thread now did you? I did read the complete thread, I noticed that he didn't take any responsibility on the review that was posted on RV Park Reviews. 1-1/2 stars Jul 2015 - $120.00 They have only one small disclaimer on their web site that notes the check-in time closes at 8:45 PM and if you get there later than 9:00 PM - - YOU GET TO SLEEP IN THE DRIVEWAY!!! Most customer service folks would ensure the info about checking in would be included in the myriad lists of rules they email you after you pay. Yes, they expect payment up front, but then don't let you in. I SPENT $120.00 TO SLEEP IN THEIR DRIVEWAY. - Joe Smart Guess I should have expanded on my issue. DW made the reservation from their web site (yes, the one with the disclaimer), she also called the park and talked with an employee who said it would not be a problem with us being late, as we did not know when we would be leaving. The morning after we stayed in their parking lot, the employee DW talked to on the phone apologized for giving DW incorrect information,(turns out she was new to the job) however, they would not refund our nights payment. Thus the review. Curious, you have never said the time that you came in, so what time did you come in?Re: Reading the fine print Old-Biscuit wrote: mllk3rd wrote: jsmart wrote: Just spent the night in the driveway of an upscale RV park. Good Luck.Re: 05 Holiday Rambler 30PDD/workhorseNada values; Low Retail = $30,470 Average Retail = $36,710Re: 05 Holiday Rambler 30PDD/workhorseSteve, I know that you are new to the motorhome thing but what do you mean when you say that the air bags would not raise the front of the coach? Are you talking about the leveling jacks? Make sure the brake recall has been done. Tires need to be replaced, if the dealer replaces them make sure to specify a brand of replacement. I would have the dealer weigh the coach so you could find out how much carrying capacity you have. Good luck.Chassis Dynamics in Yuma, AZHas anyone used Chassis Dynamic in Yuma, AZ for an Alignment and/or front end work, would like to get some feedback about them. Or do you have someone else you would recommend in that area?Re: Dental Recommendations and Advice - Los AlgodonesThanks for the follow-up, I already knew that Dr Bernal was going to be closed for two weeks, he couldn't get my Mom in the week that we were there with my daughter, so we are returning on Jan 6th for a week. Keep us informed. ThanksRe: Dental Recommendations and Advice - Los AlgodonesPlease let me know how it went. ThanksRe: Dental Recommendations and Advice - Los AlgodonesThey will charge for xrays and I don't know if you will be able to take them with you, we didn't get them back from Dr Arturo. I think that the exams may be no charge. Hope all goes well for you.
