Keep covered when parked for any length of time.Re: Shopping tires now wow$$$$We have been pleased with Hankook tires for both our motorhome and our toad. FMCA members can now purchase them thru them. Have not priced them as yet. Many tire dealers carry this brand.Re: Class A RVing near NYCWe stayed at Black Bear in Florida, NY. Very nice park and the tour into NY City was one of the best we've ever had. veryRe: How many driving hours per day?We are retired full-timers. Our rule of thumb is 250 miles per day. Federal and state highways are usually more scenic with many quaint small towns.Re: Tennessee residencyHave been a SD resident for 12 years. Great mail services, no state income tax, personal property tax, and lower insurance and licensing costs. Great tire and reasonably price.Re: How long have you had your current RV?Previous MH for 10 years, 70,000 miles--current MH 2 years, 19,000 mi.Re: Taxes by StateWe chose SD and have been legal residents for over 12 years. We winter in Mesa AZ for six months and travel for six months. Never had a problem with our mail service in Sioux Falls. SD is a very friendly "full-timer" state.
