We disassembled the jackknife sofa prior to getting there so the guys from B & H just brought it out and set it in place and it fit as we expected.Trail's endWe have been RVing for a long time and have progressed through the years finally ending up with a Class C. We've been to all except two of the lower 48 and have seen a bit of Canada (not enough). There are lots and lots of things we've seen, but not nearly enough. During our travels over the years we've seen our once beautiful roads deteriorate with not much done to repair them. The constant bump bump bump and the shake rattle and roll of the RV has made the trips not so enjoyable anymore. We've often wondered how a vehicle stays together anymore. Sadly, age and health concerns have caused us to "call it a day". All of our RV stuff is for sale and we'll say goodbye to a community of great people who we have met in our travels. The people of this wonderful site, RV.Net, have been most helpful and at times entertaining. We joined shortly after it's inception. THANK YOU to all.Re: Rand McNally Dock for iPadAhhhh, maybe so. I might be visiting with brother and his PC.Re: Rand McNally Dock for iPadMy problem is that I have no PC or Mac. Only an iPad.Re: Rand McNally Dock for iPadThe Rand McNally Dock is installed on a computer and is used to update the Rand McNally RVGPS. Normally with a computer with USB ports the GPS is plugged in and the update is accomplished. Since an iPad has no USB ports, my question is: does the iPad have the capability to handle the Dock and therefore download updates to the GPS?. I can handle the cable issue of connecting the two cables.Rand McNally Dock for iPadIs it possible to download the dock to my iPad 3 so I can update my GPS? The cables would need to be joined with a female/female USB box if it would work.Re: Jacksonville, FloridaEast it is .... Thank you.Jacksonville, FloridaTraveling south on I-95, is it better to use the east beltway or the west. Going straight through gives my wife the heebee jeebees. We replaced the whole light box and the mystery is solved. The brake light really does affect the cruise and kicks it off when the brakes/flasher are applied. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.
