Parking Brake repair
Have just been told there is a leak in the parking brake system on my 2005 Winnebago Aspect. Parking brake is tied to slideout operation on these and slideout has been working well, but I was aware the parking brake would not hold. On cars, the parking brake replacement is not prohibitive, but I have been told they must replace the whole assembly for $1500. Have read 2005 E450 may have leak between the transmission and the p.brake that overfills p.brake housing, possibly remedied by draining ATF to proper brake housing level. Any thoughts on needing to replace whole assembly vs repairs or too late?2.3KViews0likes3Comments
