Might have been that way since we got it in fall of 2017. Looks fine when closed up even after I adjusted it. Guess I'll just wait and see what happens.Slide out adjustmentI have a kz connect c241rlk that I noticed on the slide out inside it was tight against the wall at the bottom but showing a gap at the top. Outside the slide out sits on 2 teethed rails. A vertical elbow on each rail has 2 slots and an adjustment nut at the bottom. I loosened the nuts and adjusted the bolts down so as to drop it and it made the seals about equal contact inside. My problem is that to get this the 5 inch adjusting bolt is now all the way down. Most of my career has been in maintenance so when an adjustment is at the extreme range it usually indicates a problem. Does anyone know if this is just par for the course on this particular slide out?slide out awning on dining sectionJust put a solera awning on our kz connect trailer. When dining room is slid out the bottom fully retracts but the top is somewhat back and I think it is due to the awning I put on. The dining room is 40" when out so that is under the 50" max on awning. Is this normal and will settle over time? or do I somehow need to lessen the tension on the roll?Re: gas stationsThanks guys for all the suggestions. I wondered if truck stops where the 18 wheelers gas up even had a gas pump. i guess I just needed a confidence builder from people who have actually been there.gas stationsWe are heading down from Tennessee to Florida panhandle through the state of Alabama. We have a 30 ft travel trailer towed by a Dodge Ram 2500 6.4L hemi and I'm concerned about finding gas stations that I can fill up without having to unhook or back out of when refueling. Has anyone had a problem with this? Most of the stations I've seen have the rain cover high enough but with the store close to the pumps and a lot of vehicles I would think I'd have a problem even at truck stops.Anastasia IslandWe going to Anastasia state park in May and we looked up the camp site on you tube. Are the sites wide enough for a 8 ft wide trailer with 4 ft slide out and an awning? It looked like a lot of flora around the site.Re: new rvWife and I picked up RV last Saturday. Hooked up electrical and fired up frige. Didn't work. Checked serial number, and guess what? It was same as the old one they supposedly replaced with a new one. Tomorrow I plan on ripping a new one open on these guys. Have written proof that they never put a new one in when they said they would.RV coverWe need to get an rv cover for our 241rlk kz connect travel trailer. The height and width seems to be straight forward but measuring the length has me puzzled. Do you just measure from the front hull to the rear of the trailer or do you include the ladder? With the rack and spare tire flipped up would you measure that too?Re: new rvThey had the trailer for 2 months. When my wife called saturday morning the guy said the screws were too big and had splintered the trim or something and he would find the boss and have him call us. Since he never returns our calls I told my wife we were going up there since they had the new frige since wednesday and it still wasn't in. Drove the hundred miles and found the old refrigerator was out of the cabinet and everything was okay with the trim and cabinet housing. They had to get a special bit for the "Y" screws and just got it that morning. Supposedly we can pick it up Thursday. I have never had this issue with any thing else, a car, home, etc. I hope this is a fluke. We were so happy to finally get an RV and be heading out and all we have been doing is paying on the loan.
