We are trying to enjoy this and will if we can get just one trip under our belts without a problem.Re: Entegra Quality IssuesThanks for the reassurance and encouragement. We will try to hang in there if I don't get divorced first ??Re: Entegra Quality IssuesOK, here are the issues I can recall: 1). Upon delivery the driver side slide out leaked & collected water to dump water on drivers head. Ultimately taken to factory for fix 2). Driver side window leak (3 service visits to fix) 3) Electric step motor had to be replaced after 2nd trip 4) Aqua Hot system leak, luckily issue was only a bad clamp 5) High pitched whistle at speed under driver side dash (4 visits) 6) On first trip, air bags didn't fill (gauges indicated ok but very rough ride & we didn't know better - first diesel bus). Spartan said get to service center which was several hours away. Ultimately we stopped, lowered & retracted levelers and bags filled. Now we check for at least fist height above tire every time. 7) One leveler doesn't always retract completely. Just need to check it. 8). Leak around outside entertainment door, TV had to be replaced 9) Bracket of several overhead cabinet doors pulled out of the wood. 10) rear DVD player had to be replaced 11) Suspension "clunk" in turns. Spartan initially said issue was weak weld on generator frame so took to Entegra factory. Turned out to be an issue with front suspension These are the big ones I can recall. I do want to point out that Entegra has been very good about resolving these issues. It is just frustrating that we seem to be their quality control. Recently the service calls have become a bit easier to deal with since Entegra allows Buddy Gregg to handle service work (rather than where we purchased the coach). Buddy Gregg has gone out of their way to help us and I highly recommend them! We also took the Spartan RV training course in Michigan which was very helpful and I would recommend. We are about to head out for our next long trip. Wish us luck for a good experience. I would love to keep my Entegra but am tired of dropping my bus off for service after every trip. I am just trying to gain perspective from other diesel RV owners whether this level of "break in" is typical or not. Thank you for your feedback.Entegra Quality IssuesWe purchased a new 2013 Entegra Aspire after touring both the Entegra and Newmar factories and truly believed we purchased an excellent quality coach. However, it has spent most of the past 18 months in for service. This is our 3rd Class A so we expected several "bugs" to work out but our list of problems has been extensive. I'm interested in finding out whether other Entegra owners have experienced this and more importantly, whether we can eventually expect to take a trip without needing to get service done. We are wondering whether we should cut our losses and try Newmar but if this is typical, we don't want to start over again with breaking in a new coach. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
