Our 1997 32wfs holiday rambler TT was all of that in your wish list as well as nearly flawless of build in the 12 years we had it and about 70000 mi on the road. Our 2009 Carriage Cameo 35fd3 5er of now 14 years and counting is serving us well with over 60000 miles on it. The issue is concentration of waste soils, even if you are the only ones exposed to it. SD law requires treatment While the fresh water issue may be settled with a tank and pump a septic system is required or a pump out to one. The carrier died, just not cooling well. Research shows the advent will work fine with the carrier ceiling panel and remote wireless thermostat with the wiring adaptor. In removing the carrier ( a 15k heat pump unit) a 2 wire sensor traced down from the unit into the circuit board with a connector to a jumper to a other connector to a led light. As they are wired into the Carrier roof unit and no provision is given in the conversion instructions with the advent a/c I assume that wiring was for heaT hump operation temp sensors in the Carrier. Chainsaws are really useful. Even a small one can cut down the most massive tree with time. For an rver that needs to trim a few branches at home. If all you you have is to trim a tree at home get a corded electric. Just about Every small town in KS.and just about all the high plains states Has a motel with rv parking for harvest crews and transient workers. Many have a city camp with some hookups with free to honor payment. Often you won't find these online. A call to the town Chamber of Commerce or city ( sic ) will ease your concerns. Guide you to all the options. Even ballfields, county fairgrounds are great and welcoming places to stopfor a while DODGE CITY is my home town, since we left KS. In 1974 many ears ago, we return at least twice a year winter and summer mostly by rv as our families are in every corner. The plains states away from the cities and attractions and interstate highways are a treasure trove of easy and welcoming low cost adventure. We know dozens of city, county, historic and scenic turnouts , ,private rv parking sites from TX. Hill Country to Sask. & Mb.
