More people there but lots more space to dry camp!Re: Brake BuddyAnti-lock solenoid or valve for the front brakes stuck? Happened to my on my Jeep several years ago on the back brakes except mine didn't lock up. Just heated up the pads and rotors until I lost power and couldn't go any more.Re: Oxygenics shower headMaybe the trickle flow allows the hot water to stay hot? On my factory supplied one, when I shut off the flow for a few minutes to soap down, the water is cold for a few seconds when starting to rinse. It that the same with the Oxygenics when you use a complete shut off?Re: Winnebago vertical exhaust heat shieldWrap the exhaust with heat shield wrap used for headers. See this link for Summit Racing - LINKRe: CoachNet let me down, then made it rightWe must not forget that most chargers that are powered by the Generator are in the 40-50 amp max range. My guess is without the normal alternator contribution to the overall charge you might just barely keep it running with all the newer electronics. I doubt that the battery would charge at all, or at least it would be very slow.Re: Prosine 2.0 Problem5500 in the RV and about 1500 in the jeep. Ready to go again! Leaving Saturday for the Norsk HostFeast in Minot, ND.Re: Prosine 2.0 ProblemDave, have you tried changing the settings for low voltage transfer? ========================== From the manual: Low AC Transfer(V): This is the voltage below which the unit will no longer recognize AC as “good”,will open the relay, and will attempt to transfer to Invert mode if Invert is Enabled. The range of values is 85–110Vac. Low AC Transfer (Hz) This the frequency at which the unit will no longer recognize AC as “good” and will attempt to transfer to Invert mode. The range is 40–59Hz. =================================== Try setting these to the lowest values. When the A/C starts it will draw in excess of 30 amps for a very short time which pulls down the generator voltage and slow down the motor (hertz). Setting the values to minimum might allow time for it to recover without switching the inverter auto transfer switch.Re: Cost to have a tire mounted on the roadI have Coach Net and the tech came and was going to change my tire with my spare with no cost. However, the tire had a screw in it and the guy said Coach Net didn't pay them to repair the tire. I asked "how much to go ahead and repair?" He charged me $30 to repair the tire. I would have spent more than that on gas trying to find a repair shop, plus time from my travels. I asked him how much he charged Coach Net for the service call and a normal tire change and he didn't want to tell me, but did indicate it was in the $200-$300 range for the call. By the way, I was in the campground when he serviced it.Re: Dish VIP 211K Receiver Questions....Bullydogs1 has the right answer. Yes to all. I have been using the 211k for two years and can verify that he he correct!Re: Feedback Needed - 2000 Winnebago Adventure 35 Brake RepairsI would think if you did it yourself and bought all new quality parts (instead of turning the rotors), the parts along would run about $1000. If you have them do it and they flush the lines and put new fluid in, it will be a whole new braking system. 10 hours to change the master cylinder and power booster seems excessive but overall I would estimate the total project to take a good 10 hours. I've done autos without the master cylinder in 4-6 hours. But hey, it is a big truck and old enough that things don't go as quick as you plan.
