More Battery POWER
Hi: I have outfitted my towable RV with 4 - 12 volt solar panels 80 watts each. I connected those to a Sunforce 30 Amp Solar Charge Controller and to 2 - 12 volt deep cycle batteries. The batteries power an 1100 watt inverter. During the daylight time the batteries get charged up and I have plenty of AC power to run the TV, fan whatever. When the sun goes down I can only get about 2 good hours of AC out of the batteries before the inverter says "no more". Hunting season is just around the corner and our group likes to watch football in the evening, so I was planning to increase my battery storage.
