My only reason for buying one would be to save a lot of money. If I'm going to save only a little money, I may as well buy Honda or Yamaha and know what to expect. I agree with your logic. I think the Champion open frame gens have pretty well proven their worth, but the inverter adds a new level of complexity. However, it might turn out to be enough less expensive to warrant buying it and taking the chance (if I were buying a generator, which I'm not). In general, I think competition is healthy and I hope the new entry into the inverter generator field will prove to be good for consumers.Re: The Official unofficial CPE 2000i Generator ThreadThat's ridiculous! Everybody knows that a yellow generator can't be quiet, light, or durable. Or so I'm told...:W P.S.: Stackable! How cool is that?!Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???What I did today was to buy a class A motor home, which I guess is the first thing you can do!Re: Your Rig Dude22 wrote: Think I got it this time.. This is the new rig. Open Road, 37'. :) Cool! I really like the way you've managed to combine business with pleasure -- I mean, operating a barbecue restaurant in your RV! :B
