Portable generator
Looking for advice on a portable generator. We just bought a used 24" Class C motorhome that does have an on board generator. I would like to get a portable one for the rare times we tailgate or boondock. My issue is that I want to store in an outside compartment which restricts me to 12" wide to slide in and 17" standing. I just want to be able to run the TV/DVD at night, water pump every once in a while, and plug in a radio and maybe Keurig in the morning. I can do without AC! Can I get by with a 1,000 watt? Also, I need to use a CPAP, I guess I will need to get a cigarette lighter invertor to power that at night, or a separate battery pack like the Duracell 600? I do not want to run a generator while sleeping. Any advice?10KViews0likes63Comments
