Jim, I'm guessing you never worked there. Try that team work speech when everyone there is scrambling to hide or save tote carts, or someone is sitting down in an aisle with stuff spread out blocking the aisle and and thinks that's okay. Performance evals are based on your individual stats and goals. Yes, if someone is intentionally causing problems, they will hear about it. "people have to drive so far" ?? the campground I used in Coffeyville was across the street, and I walked to work. I loved the job there as a picker, just couldn't tolerate the stowers not following the rules and intentionally clogging up the aisles. Plus I didn't want to risk damage to the trailer with what seems to be constant storms coming through there, and damage from temps below 20 degrees. Amazon is part of my plan for next year unless I hear too many reports of people not getting any hours. I'm hoping they'll open up a more southerly warehouse to workampers.569Views0likes0Comments
