Will update soon2012 Ram Diesel 6.7 Tow CapicityMy truck has a max payload of 2400 and 12,650 max towing rating per the Vin# at the Ram website. We are looking at FW with the dry hitch weight of 2212lbs and dry sticker weight of 11,700 lbs. What are your thoughts is this to heavy for my truck. I was thinking of beefing up the rear suspension with either airbags or leaf springs. Any help is appreciated. The low coolant light came on, we checked the overflow it is reading low. We picked a gallon of Fleetguard 50/50 pre diluted extended life antifreeze coolant " ES compleat OAT". Can we just add to the plastic overflow to bring the level up to max? Not sure what is in there already. This say compatible with all coolants! Thanks DaveRe: Electrical issueThanks for the help - The. 50-30 plug was bad , we bought a new one still nothing!!. Read the owners manual, there is a safety feature that shuts everything down if there is an overload or unstable power. With ours you had to start the generator , we ran it for about 1/2 hour everything was working on the generator power. When we shut off the generator it transferred to shore power and everything worked. I guess it's a way of resetting the system . Thanks for the help!,Re: No electricWe had our 2nd trip in our new to us 03 Holiday Rambler Scepter- plugged in to shore power the management system flashed then stuck on 50-amp even though the shore power was 30. Even though it read 50-amps it was not recognizing shore power., the inverter panel was reading waiting for AC power. Nothing would work. We tried the GFCI hidden on the side of the bedroom draws, there was also one in the engine compartment nothing helped. Found out the 50-30 plug was bad, Bought a new one , still nothing. We recently bought a 2003 Holiday Rambler Scepter deisel MH. We had a gas Adventurer about 7 years ago and really enjoyed . We drove to a campground last night ( MH was plugged in at home just fine, everything running ). Plugged in to shore power and the power management panel is reading 50-amps ( shore is 30) and not showing the amps being used. Then it was blinking on /off. Left the MH unplugged all night going to try new extension today. Any ideas what the problem could be would be helpfull. Thanks Dave
