2001 Bounder windshield repair/replace
Well, today I brought the MH out of winter storage, and find that there's a hole in the windshield, passenger's side, Could be from a BB gun. Question- do you have experience with getting the windshield repaired (Safelite) or does it have to be replaced. It's about 14 " up, and at the beginning of the radius going around to the side portion. The fractured area is about the size of a quarter. Don't have any experience with the resin repair and whether there's just too much stress on the window. Thanks1.2KViews0likes5CommentsWater in headlight pods
I’m having a problem with accumulating water in BOTH headlight pods on our 2001 Bounder. A while after we purchased this MH last fall, I saw that both headlights were not burning, so I pulled the lights and replaced them. At that time I saw condensation on the inside of the pods, and water standing in the bottom. I suctioned it out, made a small hose to connect to a hair dryer and dried them both. Didn’t drive the MH in the rain last year, stored it outside over the winter, this spring I now have approx. 1” water on one side and condensation in the other. I can’t see a simple way of removing the pods to inspect for cracks, etc. Can anyone shed some light on this ? Thanks jP21.1KViews0likes4Comments
