Thanks for all the responses. I believe the sensor on that tire was shaken a little loose by the extremely rough road of I 10 in western Louisiana. I don't believe I have ever been on a major road in that condition. I had a tire guy come to my site and check for leaks and found none. It has been 24 hours and no further lose if air pressure. Keep you fingers crossed. In a couple of days we make the trip home from Beaumont back to North Myrtle Beach!503Views0likes0CommentsRepair or replace??
30 miles from our destination my TPMS indicated low pressure. Indeed it was. Had gone from 65psi this morning to 52 psi after 200 miles. Bought all four Goodyear Marathon ST225/75/R15 2 months ago. All codes indicate they were made in late 2015. I inflated back to 65psi and made it to the campground but it still lost 2 psi in that 30 miles. What to do with slow leaking tire. Can someone come and repair or is a new tire necessary. I have about 4 days before return trip. By the way we have traveled a total of 1800 miles the past two weeks. Thanks in advance for the advice. We will be headed west on I-10 West through Mobile, Ala. tomorrow and returning eastbound about a week later. Does anyone have any words of wisdom about any concerns I should have. I'm wondering if any one has stopped at the Love's at exit 70. It's so new I can't find a satellite view to see if it will accommodate my 30' TT. It states it has an RV dump but doesn't specify RV gas lanes. All the dumps I have seen in the past are at the pumps! Tippy Toes will do what ever level of set up you ask for. They can put on site and level as well as put out you hoses and power cords as well,as turn your air conditioning and refrigerator. We stayed at MBTP for 8 months in 2014/15. They store quite a few rvs and I never heard of a problem. At the time we had a 5th wheel and they would not store it. We currently use Tippy Toes. They store over 900 rvs on their property. Call them in advance and they bring it and put it on your site and pick it up when you leave. They also do any and all repairs that you might require. Another company to check out is Coast RV. There are a few more available for the NMB area but are much smaller operations.254Views0likes0Comments
