My side entrance door leaked for years,I thought.I changed door seal,adjusted the door many times.Final solution# the mounting screws above the awning came loose.I replaced them with stainless steel screws one size larger and resealed the seam,problem solved. It is important to check the brakes,but also imported is to change the brake fluid every few years.The brake fluid picks up moisture that lowers the boiling point.I had to learn that the hard way,when my brakes failed.Brake fluid is not costly and the fluid is easy to change.
