I'm looking to do the same things, as I discovered ours doesn't have the alarm either. Any problem with hardwiring the TST tire monitor?Re: What did you do to your Class A MH today???Watched the snow gather on top of the MH .... again .... sigh ...Re: Fire Hazard Appliance Recalls UPDATED NORCOLD INFO 11-20-2010 MRUSA wrote: Ron, could you provide more info on the Halon fire extinguishing system? But had a custom woodworker meeting me there to see what he can do for a custom center console, since the factory "lack of anything" in the center console leaves a lot to be desired!Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012 bigc3031 wrote: I also noticed there was a larger gap than I like to see between the tub and the wall liner so I caulked it with silicone to keep mold or rot from starting, I strongly recommend everyone do this as it's cheap and easy to prevent a very expensive problem. Interesting - my 2008 TT has this same gap and mfr specifically states NOT to seal this - is designed to allow water to drain down into tub after using shower and prevent the mod/rot that you describe.Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012Loopy, Really like Sewer hose set-up. Did you make that? Or something you purchased and modified? Would appreciate hearing some details ... I'm in need of something like that. Thanks!Re: Cool Mods - Thread restored 10/18/2012Using the ideas I've gleaned from here and other forums, I'm in the process of adding two cameras. A back-up camera on the TV - I've purchased a lisc-plate mount camera for that, and also found since I had factory Navigation system, I purchased the adapter to add that camera view directly into my NAV system - that way when I put vehicle in reverse the NAV screen automatically switches to the rear TV camera. Also adding a camera to the TT - as I will only use this while towing (obviously) for this I purchased the camera set-up with a rear camera and will view that through a rear-view mirror (similar set-up to what stugpanzer did). That way when not towing, I just remove "add-on" mirror with camera viewer. Working now to determine best mounting method for camera on TT. Will post pics when complete.
