Your response caused me to do a search on the words Mobile RV Technician, which led me to a website for the Mobile RV Academy, which referenced an instructor as being a RVDA/RVIA Master Certified RV Technician. And that let me to the article "How To Search For And Find Certified RV Technicians" on another website, doityourselfrv.com Thanks for your help.Hiring an Inspector for a Used RoadtrekDoes anyone know how we can arrange to have both the car and the coach components of a used Roadtrek inspected on our behalf? We are looking for a used Roadtrek and expect that we won't find one close enough to drive it ourselves to a Chevy mechanic and to an RV center to be inspected. And while we are experienced travel trailer campers, we know little about cars and nothing about Class Bs. I have downloaded an inspection checklist and a drive test checklist and am now seriously intimidated! Advice and recommendations would be most welcome, as would feedback on any experience with AIM Mobile Inspections (a company that inspects cars). Thank you to all who respond! Your support in this process is heartwarming!Re: 19' Adventurer made for Fraserway in Canada by ALPThank you so much for your detailed post about your experience! We used to live in Vancouver, B.C. and I recall having a similar bad experience with an RV dealership when we were looking for a used travel trailer in 2004 (we eventually bought one on the private market). I have so far had no response to my request for Specifications on an Adventurer 19, from the Toronto-area Fraserway operation. Thanks again, and kind regards, E.Graham19' Adventurer made for Fraserway in Canada by ALPHas anyone rented or bought (used) an Adventurer manufactured by ALP in Yakima? We are considering the purchase of a used unit but have not been able to find any information about the build quality. This is NOT the Winnebago Adventurer --- it's the Class C built by ALP for the Canadian RV rental company, Fraserway in British Columbia. For reasons that are (seriously!) much too long to go into, we have to buy our RV in Canada, not in the U.S. and are considering either an Adventurer or a Roadtrek 210 Popular. All input wil be gratefully received!Re: Need to view Roadtrek 210 Popular. Can you help?Thank you for your comment. I was inside a new 190 Roadtrek at the Hershey RV Show last week. It doesn't work for us because it is just a little bit too small and, to me, very dark. EGrahamNeed to view Roadtrek 210 Popular. Can you help? Are you the owner of a Roadtrek 210 Popular living within 3 hours of the greater Washington D.C. area? If so, would you be willing to show me your unitt? I have just returned from the 2017 RV Show in Hershey, at which I had hoped to finally look at the Roadtrek 210 Popular --- but there was none there. The closest dealer, in Souderton PA, has none in stock and says they do not expect to have any, anytime soon. We have narrowed our choice of a Class B RV to the 210 Popular and a Pleasureway of similar length on a gas engine chassis, but I really need to see the Roadtrek before committing to it and starting to look for a unit for sale. I have just joined this forum, so I don't know whether you would contact me via a post or via email. Please let me know how we might communicate, if you have an RT 210 Popular that you'd be willing to show. Thank you very much!
