All ActivityMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsIdaho CampgroundWe are looking for a campground in southern Idaho, perhaps along I-84, or Hwy 20. We've always driven through Idaho to get elsewhere, but are wanting to stay a while now and explore. Would like something with a little elbow room. Water is not mandatory, just a nice spot to kick up our heels for a while. Clear skies would be nice for satellite reception. We have a 35' Class A. Thanks in advance.Clogged Black TankWe had a situation with our granddaughter flushing feminine products down the toilet, causing a clog in the black tank. We spent two days trying to clear the clog ourselves and spoke with a couple RV repair services (quotes of $200+). We called a local septic service and they came and suck out the clog through the tank dump in a matter of minutes. $50 bucks.Steering Stablizer Installation in the Phoenix areaDoes anyone know of a shop in the Phoenix area that can install a Saf-T-Plus steering stablizer on a Class A gasser? Thanks. BettyRe: V10 not perfoming like it shouldWe have an '01 Ford V10 and recently experienced the same issue. Turns out it was the mass air flow sensor.Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort, UtahZion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort, Utah Anyone stay here lately? What are your thoughts?Re: Safe-T-PlusWe installed one on our 2001 gasser, 35' class A, when we bought new in 2002. Love it. Keeps front wheels pointing forward, aids when getting passed by semis. Supposedly helps if you have a front tire blow-out. Haven't experienced that - hope not to.Rincon Parkway, VenturaWe camped numerous times at the Rincon when we lived in Ventura, so we are aware of the difficulty in getting a spot. We now live in AZ and are planning a trip out west to see our new Granddaughter. We plan to arrive Sunday or Monday, 8/2 or 8/3. If anyone will be at the Rincon that weekend, we would love to take over your spot. I know this is a long shot, but had to try. Thanks in advance. BettyRe: Quartsite or BustI believe vendors and the tent open at 9:00 am. Current diesel is around $2.50 - $2.70/gallon. I know for sure gas is $1.97 to 1.99.Re: How Do You Handle Litter Odor?We have three cats at home and used to use the traditional clumping clay litter. I was introduced to Blue Buffalo's Naturally Fresh Multi-cat formula. BLUE Naturally Fresh is made with walnut shells, which provide superior odor control and has greater absorption capacity than the leading brand cat litters. We were a bit skeptical about it, but we've used it since Dec. 1st and couldn't be happier. Its much lighter than traditional litter too and the urine odor is gone. Its kinda pricey, but it works.Re: Quartzsite camping spot preferenceWe always stay at Roses RV Park, about 1/2 mile east of 95, south of the interstate. $7.00 night dry camping, although they do have full hookups as well. Probably should book those now. We like Roses cause we can walk to the event site.
