Member number keep changing.
Hello, we are a participant in Goodsam Roadside Assistance program. For the past three years we have been given a new member number and we’re a little bit confused and would like to ask for a merge of our three accounts. The first year I bought the program and my husband followed up the next two years. I believe it went in his name at that time. He likes to do his business over the phone instead of online and auto renewal and because of that, I think the phone agents are assigning new member numbers.
