Where to find a property up North for Sunbirds / reverse snowbirds?
Hello everyone, looking for advice where to post a property for Sunbirds / reverse snowbirds. Has anyone living in Sunbelt considered to move away from summer heat for few months? If yes what states are viable options and what type of stay – just campgrounds, or private properties with mid-term (summer) rent are offered and in demand too, and where? Trying to help my client with house on the lake in Midwest to find websites or groups - to post and get attention from interested parties. He’s not looking to Airbnb it due to short-term regulations and feels like these “Sunbirds” could be great guests to accommodate. Thanks for sharing!
