Yes, in honor of Richard and Old Fella we must keep this thread going and active.
So last August we Lost our Cookie Monster (Shih Tzu) to old age and still have our Rocky Road (Shih Tzu) who is two years younger then Cookie (16). Every once in a while he will sit in the living room and stare at the front door like he's waiting for her to come home. I feel so sad for him as he was just a few months old when we got him and Cookie took him in like he was her baby. They never spent a night apart and snuggled up on our bed together. Sometimes I am tempted to get another Shih Tzu just to try to make him happy.
This thread has made me a more patient person with animals, especially Dogs. The stories on here would truly make a great Movie. Someway, somehow we have got to find someone to do just that, The Story Of Old Fella.
