It's been very quiet here lately.
We just got all of our dogs yearly vet visits out of the way. My two Papillons have bad teeth and the vet said their blood work came back with a hint of infection. They have been given antibiotics and he suggested having their teeth cleaned. I knew my little Papillon had bad teeth but I was surprised that Monty's teeth were that bad. The vet had always talked about how good his teeth looked. I am a little hesitant to have them put under for the procedure as they are getting old. They just turned 11, but besides their teeth, they are in very good health and don't look that old. My Chihuahua (Pinto) got a clean bill of health.
My wife has been sick with COVID the last several days. She started coughing on Monday and when she got up on Wednesday morning, she felt like she had a head cold. She got tested Wednesday morning and sure enough, came back positive for COVID. We are supposed to be going away next weekend. She is really looking forward to this trip but obviously will have to see how she is feeling and she will need a couple of negative tests first. I was tested on Wednesday and was negative but I am going to get another test today. We have basically been living on the opposite sides of the house. I am hoping she starts to improved over the weekend.
