We are taking a weekend trip next weekend. Just a local trip up near the HardRock in Tampa. Wife likes to gamble and they gave us free tickets to a comedy show.
Mid May, we have a week long trip to Key Largo in the Florida Keys. I am really looking forward to that trip as it will be the first week off I have had in a year.
I have to get a new tire monitoring system for the motor home. I have been using an RVI brake system for the Jeep and it had a built in tire monitoring system (Tire Patrol). You just had to buy the hub and the sensors. You can't change the sensors batteries so when a sensor quits working, I have to pay $15 for them to ship be another sensor. I have 10 sensors (6 for the RV and 4 for the Jeep) and only 2 are working. Apparently, RVI has discontinued the Tire Patrol so now I am stuck with this hub and tablet that I can't use. I need to get a new system before our next long trip.
Hope everyone is doing well. I don't think many are monitoring this thread anymore due to the terrible website. I will keep posting as long as there are people here.

I tried and tried and couldn't type a reply. That's what that "undefined" comment apparently means. I did not type that. When I hit reply, that's what popped up. Did I say how much I "love" this forum?
Now it appears I can reply. So, Burch, tell your wife to win BIG! LOL When I sold my Phaeton, I also had the TST tire monitoring system and gave it away with it along with thousands of valve thingies that went with it. I tried to use it and just ruined valve stems, so I gave up. I still find remnants laying around. Terry was the expert on it. Now everything I own has built in sensors, so I'm good. The TST system allowed you to open up the "nugget" and install new batteries. That was what Terry liked about it.
I'm going to the Keys in September with the RVing women. I'm excited about going. Terry and I had been twice, never in the RV. I'm, of course, driving The Silver Fox this time.
I have to shop for some new appliances this week or next. I have the inside of the house all re-done, so now time to update the appliances, then I'm done. I sure am liking the new look!
Take care everyone!

Where in the Keys are you going? We are staying in Key Largo which is the first key. Makes the drive much shorter. Key West is another two hour drive from where we stay. I never could find anyplace on Key West that would allow 3 dogs (they all had a two dog limit). The place we stay in Key Largo will allow a 3rd dog (if you call them and get it approved). The RV resort is right on the water and only has 30 sites. Many places to eat within walking distance.

I just looked it up and it's in November, not September. It's at Jolly Roger on Marathon Key. I think it's just before the 7-mile bridge. I have a scooter and an ebike and when I called the resort, they said there would be good riding with either one. Not all the way into Key West. I don't tow, but there are several women who do, so usually when I camp with them, they offer to take others, so I'm good. Even if I don't go into Key West it will be okay. I've not been for several years and Terry and I went then. So this is the first solo trip down there for me. I think the resort is close to Marathon proper, but even if all I do is sit and watch the ocean, I will be in heaven!

Dale we stayed at jolly Roger’s back in 2014. Big place and nice. You are right it is just before 7 mile bridge. It usually took us around 1/2 hour to get to key west from there. You will enjoy.
