We took a local RV trip this past weekend. I purchased a new tire monitoring system (Tire Minder). It works with your smart phone. It worked very well on our trip and I am happy so far.
Poor Monty still hates riding in the motorhome. He loves being in the motorhome, just doesn't like it when it is moving. He will be 15 years old in June and he is starting to have heart problems and him getting so stressed out during the trip worries me. It will be a long trip when we go to the keys and I hope he is OK.

Brendon has a problem being in a moving vehicle. When I first got him, I had a carseat for him. Up front he tried desperately to get out (he was tethered) in and would not settle down. I didn't get 10 miles down the road till I had to go to Plan B. I had brought his travel crate with me, so I stopped and put him in the crate. I have a Honda Odyssey with 3 rows, so I put a sling mat in the second seat to keep it clean (really works) and put his crate on that, then I tether that to keep it from sliding if I have to stop suddenly. He settles right down and sleeps most of the time. He just doesn't like to watch the action. And he doesn't get car sick either. I have blinds in the back which I pull down. He can still see out if he wants, but he doesn't get anxious or nervous. Trucks were always the worse for him or anything big that makes noise. And since we are on I-4 a lot, that's a problem. But he settles right down, nice and secure, in his crate. Don't know if that's an option for Monty, but it's worth a try. I know you have a bigger trip coming up.
