Yes, Burch, I'm still here. But you've been so quiet, I hadn't checked recently. I went to the Keys early in November with the RVing women. I had a great time. We stayed at Jolly Roger on Marathon Key. Most of the ladies have small rigs and a few tow, so they are quick to invite others in their cars if they are going somewhere. They did a bike tour, but I didn't have my bike. . . just the scooter, so I didn't go. I stayed back and sat out on the beach and let the ocean breeze go through my hair! LOL
I did unhook the rig and take it down into Key West, but because of length/height restrictions I didn't go into the tip. I crossed over to A1A and watched the kite surfing and parasailing. I also drove through the state parks along the way. It's been over 20 years since I've been down there and I enjoyed seeing the bridges and the scenery again. Brendon wasn't impressed. He can't see out when we're driving because he's in his crate, but that's where he wants to be. He doesn't like looking out. . . 'cause you know. . . he might see a big truck and they are scary!
I'm currently in Melbourne staying with my granddaughter while her parents are on a cruise. They got a free cruise. I have a busy summer of travel planned. I'm going to Virginia, then Indiana for a great-nephew's graduation, then going to Maine for the Escapade.
I hope all is well with you. I want to get over to Jetty Park sometime, so I hope I can work that into my schedule.
