In this instance you want a document that likely does not exist. You fail to understand why.
Is the public data GM gave to NHTSA not valid according to this Trojan?
A rule in evidence is production cannot be compelled for evidence that a respondent do not possess or have custody or control of.
If such a document is to be requested, the proper party is GM: go ask GM who is the likely party that has such a document to produce it --- if it exist at all.
