Yes, a small amount is 'allowable' or reference to as the tolerance range...
Then ask if there is correlation of that percentage vs the small percentage of
'reported' failures?
As there is another component that is missing from the discussions I've read
That small percentage and my highlighted 'reported' failures is to point out that,
that is based on the typical 'static' units out there...but it is NOT static, as
the various vehicles travel all over the place, purchase fuel all over the place
and expose themselves to many, many 'small percentages' of H2O contaminated fuel
So is fair to say this is really the tip of the iceberg because just
about everyone will be, at some time or another, be exposed to H2O
laden fuel?
