TDIclub requires only one thing, a passing interest in diesels... You could be doing something as simple as considering buying a VW diesel and your membership is granted. There are members there, mostly Newbies, that show up to learn... all you have to want to do is learn about diesels... there are Ford truck guys there too, the truck for big stuff, the Vw for the wife, the kids away at school, whatever.
