Again, need more info from the various rat holes...but...to date all
points to the cam/follower 'spot'
Maybe the harmonics form the 'intake' stroke, closure of the one way
valve and any standing waves from down stream in the injector/plenum/etc
areas might sync with that cavitation event(s). All of this would be
in the realm of an accumulator (big guy) to solve.
