It may very well be possible that we or Bosch has hit a wall or plateau on how high we can go with Common Rail Fuel pressure, that the combustion might be a bit dirtier than we like, and that we have to approach clean up from the back end, with more DPF material in the filters and other gross polluter cleaner uppers on the tail end of the exhaust system? It's a question, one I don't know the answer to, perhaps we are limited by materials on the front end, or on petroleum refined products and their properties themselves?
