If you are talking about BioKoolAide... or 5% water for cooling in your fuel, like some 3rd Reich Dude on BoobTube, no... I say that because the things that make biodiesel so green, biodegradeable, etc, also cause it to break down and molecularly change at the temps and pressures this HPFP and nozzles can generate. Think incomplete trans esterification, left over forms of glycerides incompletley taken off the backbone of fatty acids, replacing them with Methyl oxides, and how anything alcohol based, organic chemistry wise, wants to oxidize the poop out of all the parts it bathes in the whole fuel system. Corrosive.
