All this talk about biology and multiplication got me thinking about high temperatures and the failure.
Do we have a biological cause here?
Go to the states with the highest rates of failure...are they places with mandatory biodiesel content?
Is there anything to do with biodiesel use?
Could the high temperatures also cause an explosive growth of microorganisms --- especially with the addition of added water?
Need a microbiologist to chase this --- how do biodiesel degrade... chemically vs. biologically?
What microbes feast on it?
What are their waste products?
Is it filtered out? Or is it? What if it is a reactive substance that is diesel (dino) soluble?
Got to start asking questions here.
