Just got back from 82 miles at 49 mpg on my 2012 passat TDI SE with the Bosch CP 4.1.... no problems... yet... coming up on 1300 miles total on the car in the whole month and 4 days that I've owned it. Guarded and cautious is about all I can say about the ownership, I'm figuring 300k miles or 15 years before I buy another new diesel car, or be flexible and take it in the shorts on a sale if my HPFP proves unworthy. A man's gotta have options. I baby my car, I could end up a .6%, then again I might not. Time will tell.
