No engine brake use in the 300 miles that the truck ran on that tank of fuel. I did use the EB on the previous tankful as we were towing the fiver.
The truck has 10,000 mile of towing our fifth wheel around the MidWest. EB is used whenever there is a downgrade. No issues that I know of...
I need to have the data ---- can we query 6.7 failures and correlate it with the use of engine braking?

The engineers out there with a HPFP CP 4 fluid dynamics simulator need to run some simulations stat and see if it creates something unexpected.
