I was asked to model the reliability life of these high pressure pumps and compare the two different years. I happen to stumble upon all this info on this site a few days ago when I started going through FMEA to separate out failure modes.

Key question.. what was and was not covered by warranty?
Post what info you have for all of us here --- that failure rate is HUGE.
Glad to see it "improved" (not mileage adjusted) for 2012.
That is excrement hitting the fan if the rate of failure is over 10% after 2 model years!!!!!
