I don't know anything about the PSD 6.0 failure rate. We mostly stopped using diesel trucks over a decade ago.
As far as any info about warranty, it wouldn't be applicable to the general public and it is confidential. When you buy a lot of Ford trucks every year, they tend to work warranty with you a bit different.
