Hi Ricatic,
I just heard about this issue and have browsed through to page 44. Forgive me if you've already answered this, but how many miles were on your truck when the pump failed? Was there any warning? Also, do you happen to know the build date?
Full disclosure: I own a 2011 F350 6.7 and am towing a 5er. Mine has about 31k on it. I don't mind the perceived impact on my truck's value by your complaints-hollerin-vendetta-whatever. I appreciate what you are doing. Thank You!
As of today I will begin saving my fuel receipts. Do you have any other suggestions? Proactively service the filters perhaps?
