Burping and farting? strong smell of diesel fuel?

The cause list of that kind of stuff... ugh... is not good.
Glad you have warranty.
There have been cases of injector failure --- the piezo electric injectors have been more failure prone than expected.
The symptoms above s consistent with an injector problem.
Ugh.
