Okay.
I got an update from the tech.
It was the dreaded HPFP issue. The pump had spewed metal into the injectors.
Ford has agreed to cover the replacement as a warranty issue. The truck never made any of the sounds or issues before I took it in, so I am thinking that the pump did its thing when the Tech started it on Tuesday morning.
