Tequila: I am sure you have noticed the horrible Mexican wiring. They don't use marrettes. Usually all are the same color. The # of wires in a conduit or box is limited only by the available space. Forget codes! Many of the electricians are just handymen. Some of the parks started out with just a few spaces and maybe a 60 amp household service. As the parks grow they just splice in more outlets. Parks have to buy their own transformer and sometimes skimp on the size. Once in awhile I have found the real thing: proper pedestals with breakers and 50 amp outlets. The now closed California in Maz. is one. I forget the name of the park outside Puebla. Is it Las Americas? A 6 unit Caravan pulled in and I had to unplug as the voltage dropped below 90. Do you lecture your Caravaners on electricity use? Many of them try to run electric H2O or electric Aquahots. Then in the morning it's electric fry pans, toasters and coffee makers. This is one of the reasons I dislike Caravans. You,being a long time Mexico traveler, could make a big difference by showing them that common courtesy dictates judicious use of electricity.
